Sharing is how you give others access to your projects. You can invite specific people by email, share a link for broader access, or keep your project completely private.

Privacy levels

Every project has a privacy level that determines who can access it. You set this in the General access dropdown within the Share dialog.

Privacy

Who can access

Only invited people

Team members and invited collaborators

Anyone with the link

Anyone with the project URL can view and comment

Public

Anyone can discover and view the project

Private is the default and most restrictive option. Unlisted projects are visible to anyone who has the link but are not discoverable. Public projects can be found by anyone.

Inviting collaborators

Open the Share dialog from the project header and type an email address in the search field. A role selector appears where you choose Can view or Can edit for their access level. You can also add an optional message before sending.

When inviting, choose whether to add them to this project only or to your entire team. Project invitations grant access to just that project. Team invitations give them access to all organization projects.

The recipient gets an email with a link to accept. Once they accept, they appear in the People with access list where you can change their role or revoke access at any time.

Link sharing

Click Copy link to share your project URL. If the project is set to Only invited people, you will see a prompt explaining that only you can access it. From there you can either allow view access (which changes privacy to "Anyone with the link") or copy the private link as-is.

For unlisted and public projects, the link works immediately for anyone who has it.

Managing access

The Share dialog shows everyone who can access your project: team members, collaborators, and pending invitations. Team members have automatic access through your organization. Collaborators were explicitly invited. Pending invitations have been sent but not yet accepted.

To change someone's role, click the dropdown next to their name and select Can view, Can edit, or Revoke access. Revoking a pending invitation requires confirmation before it takes effect.
