Organization settings

Configure your organization settings and branding.

Organization settings let administrators customize their team workspace, manage members, and set defaults for new projects. These settings only appear for team organizations; personal workspaces do not have them. You must have the Admin role to access organization settings.

Accessing organization settings

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Settings. In the sidebar, find your organization name below your personal settings and click Settings under it. If you belong to multiple organizations, use the organization switcher to select which workspace to configure.

Organization profile

You can customize how your organization appears throughout Exayard. Hover over the organization avatar on the left and click to upload a new logo. To change the organization name, edit the text in the Organization name field and click Save Changes when finished.

Measurement system and currency

Set the default measurement system for all new projects by selecting Imperial or Metric. Below that, choose the default Currency for new projects. Both settings apply only to new projects; existing projects keep their current values.

Team management

Click Members in the organization settings sidebar. The Team members card shows each member's avatar, name, email, and role.

Inviting members

To add someone to your organization, enter their email address in the Invite new member section and select their role: Member for standard access or Admin for full administrative control. On paid plans, a billing acknowledgment checkbox appears showing the per-user pricing. Click Send Invite to send them an email invitation.

Changing roles and removing members

Click the role dropdown next to any member's name to change them between Admin and Member, or select Remove to revoke their access. Removed members immediately lose access to all organization projects.

Pending invitations

Outstanding invitations appear in the Pending Invitations section showing each invitee's email, assigned role, and send date. Click Revoke to cancel an invitation that has not been accepted.
