Usage tracking

Monitor your credit usage and storage consumption.

Usage tracking shows your own credit consumption and your organization's storage over time. The Usage page helps you understand consumption patterns, identify which features use the most resources, and decide whether your current plan meets your needs.

Accessing usage data

Navigate to Settings > Usage to view spending summaries, storage information, and transaction history. All organization members can access the Usage page, though the Storage card is visible only to administrators.

Usage overview

Three summary cards at the top show your credit consumption at different scales: Today, This Week, and This Month. These figures cover your own activity, not the whole team. They help you gauge whether your consumption rate aligns with your monthly allocation.

Storage usage

The Storage card (admin-only) shows how much file storage your organization is using. A progress bar displays your percentage used. At 80% an Upgrade plan button appears, and at 90% a warning suggests upgrading your plan or deleting unused files. The card does not block uploads.

Transaction history

The usage table shows your credit consumption with columns for Date, User, Event, Kind, Model, and Cost. Event types include Message (chat assistant) and Takeoff (AI-powered analysis). Org-wide purchased credits also appear here. Clickable events link directly to the related conversation or project.

Use the time filter buttons (1d, 7d, 30d, 90d) to adjust the date range. The table loads transactions in batches; click Load more to see older entries within the selected range.

Exporting data

Click Download to export your usage data as a CSV file for the selected date range. The export includes all transaction details for accounting or expense reporting.

Purchasing credits

Click Buy credits in the toolbar to purchase credits without navigating to Billing settings. What you see depends on your plan and role. Admins on a paid plan get the Add Credits dialog. Free-plan orgs are prompted to upgrade first. Non-admin members see an admin-required message, since only administrators can buy credits. For ongoing needs, set up auto top-up on the Billing page.

How often does usage data update? Transactions appear within seconds of occurring. Summary cards update in real time.

Can I see usage for individual projects? Click the event link in the transaction table to navigate directly to the related project or conversation.

How far back can I view history? The Usage page displays up to 90 days of transactions. Export data regularly if you need longer retention.
