Subscription plans determine your team's access to Exayard features and monthly credit allocation for AI-powered tools. Each plan bills per user, with credits issued as a shared pool for your entire organization.
Plan comparison
Plan | Price | AI credits (shared) | Key features |
Starter |
|
| Up to 50 manual takeoffs/month, team collaboration, auto count and measurements, basic estimate tables, email support |
Professional |
|
| Unlimited manual takeoffs, all measurement tools, custom templates, priority support |
Enterprise | Custom |
| Custom integrations, dedicated account manager, SLA guarantee, volume discounts |
The pricing cards label credits "per user," but they are issued once as a single shared pool for the whole organization, not multiplied by member count. For details on how credits work, see Credits system.
The Free plan offers limited functionality for evaluating Exayard before committing. Free accounts support one user, up to three projects, a 10-page-per-PDF upload limit, basic takeoffs without AI credits, and community support.
Changing your plan
Only organization administrators can manage billing. Other members see an Admin Access Required notice instead.
Your current plan appears at the top of Settings > Billing. Click View Plans to see all options, then select the tier you want.
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of your cycle. You gain instant access to additional features and your credit allocation increases right away. If you already have a payment method on file, upgrades complete without a checkout step.
Downgrades work differently. A confirmation dialog explains that your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period, then the new tier takes effect. After you confirm, your current-plan card shows the exact switchover date (for example, Downgrades to Starter on June 30), and the target plan's button on the pricing grid changes to Scheduled.
Per-user billing
Adding team members mid-cycle triggers automatic proration. Remove members and your next invoice adjusts accordingly. Enterprise customers can discuss volume discounts for larger teams.
Cancellation
To cancel, open Settings > Billing and click Manage Billing on your current-plan card. This opens the Stripe billing portal, where you cancel your subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period, then your account moves to the Free tier. The current-plan card shows the switchover with Cancels on and the date.
Your projects and data stay intact, though AI features become unavailable without credits. Buying credits requires an active paid plan, so a Free organization cannot purchase one-time top-ups or auto top-up. Stay on Starter if you want to keep adding credits.
Frequently asked questions
Do unused credits roll over? Monthly credits roll over for one additional month before expiring. Purchased credits remain valid for one year. See Credits system for details.
What happens to my data if I downgrade? Your projects remain intact. Features exclusive to higher tiers become inaccessible until you upgrade again.
