Subscription plans set which Exayard features your team can use and how much AI usage it gets each month. AI usage pays for AI work on every plan. Starter, Professional and Enterprise bill per seat, and each paid seat adds its AI usage to one shared pool for the whole company.

Measuring by hand is included on every plan. Starter suits a contractor bidding their own jobs. Professional suits an estimating team.

Every plan, Free included, includes API keys, the REST API, webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n, Slack, Teams and Telegram. See Developer API and webhooks.

Enterprise includes everything in Professional, plus custom integrations, a dedicated account manager, an SLA guarantee and volume discounts. Standard exports work on every plan.

Prices above are in US dollars. Exayard also bills in euros, pounds, Canadian and Australian dollars, yen, won, New Taiwan dollars, Vietnamese dong, Brazilian reais, Mexican pesos, Indian rupees, Polish zloty, Czech koruna, and Danish kroner. Before your first payment, the pricing cards show prices in the currency for your location, and an administrator can pick a different one from the Billing currency menu. Your first payment locks that currency for the organization, and every later charge, including extra usage, uses it.

A drawing sheet uses about $15 of AI work. AI work is counted at full price, the same price extra usage costs, so a plan's included AI work is worth more than the plan costs.

Pay yearly and get 2 months free: a yearly plan costs ten times the monthly price. AI usage on a yearly plan still refills month by month, not all at once.

AI usage is per paid seat: a company with three seats on Starter gets $450 of AI work a month, about 30 drawing sheets. It is one shared pool for the whole company, so any member's work can use it. A seat added in the middle of a billing period adds its AI usage from the next billing date. A drawing sheet is an average, so a busy sheet uses more and a simple one uses less. Every account starts on a paid plan, chosen when you sign up. There are no trial periods. The Free plan is not offered at signup. It is where an organization lands after it cancels, so it keeps its work. On Free, everyone on the team can edit. Bids are read-only: you can open and export them, but not send or change them. Free includes $30 of AI work a month for the whole company, about 2 drawing sheets. It refills on the first of each month (UTC) and does not carry over. When it is used up, an admin sees Add extra usage and Choose a plan, and a member sees Ask an admin.

On every plan, Free included, an admin can buy more AI work when the month's usage runs out. Click Add extra usage on Settings > Usage and pick $100, $500, or $1,000, or type any amount from $100 up. An admin can also turn on automatic purchases, up to a monthly limit that starts at $1,000. Usage you buy is charged at full price and lasts 12 months. See Extra usage.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee, and a change never cuts short a period you already paid for.

Only organization administrators can manage billing. Other members see an Admin Access Required notice instead.

Your current plan appears at the top of Settings > Billing. Click View Plans to see all options, then select the tier you want.

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of your cycle. You get the added features right away, and your monthly AI usage grows right away. If you already have a payment method on file, upgrades complete without a checkout step.

Downgrades work differently. A confirmation dialog explains that your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period, then the new tier takes effect. After you confirm, your current-plan card shows the exact switchover date (for example, Downgrades to Starter on June 30), and the target plan's button on the pricing grid changes to Scheduled.

Anything your team already made keeps working on a lower plan. That includes your own templates, custom columns, export layouts and alternates. Nothing is deleted or hidden. API keys, webhooks and integrations work on every plan. Only making new ones, or changing them, needs the plan that includes them.

Adding seats mid-cycle triggers automatic proration. Remove seats and your next invoice adjusts accordingly. Enterprise customers can discuss volume discounts for larger teams.

To cancel, open Settings > Billing and click Cancel plan on your current-plan card. A dialog shows what stops on the Free tier, and you confirm with Cancel plan. Manage Billing on the same card opens the Stripe billing portal for invoices and your payment method. Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period, then your account moves to the Free tier. The current-plan card shows the switchover with Cancels on and the date.

Your projects and data stay intact, and you can keep measuring by hand. On Free, the company gets $30 of AI work a month, and an admin can buy extra usage from $100 when it runs out. The API and integrations keep working.

Does unused AI usage carry over? On a paid plan, unused monthly AI usage carries over for two months, then it expires. Free's monthly usage does not carry over. Usage you buy lasts 12 months. See How AI usage works for details.

What happens to my data if I downgrade? Your projects remain intact, and anything your team already made keeps working. Making new items that belong to a higher plan, or changing them, waits until you upgrade again. See What keeps working after a downgrade.

Does a higher plan process my files faster? No. Uploads, page reads, and takeoffs run at the same speed on every plan. A plan changes your AI usage and features, not processing speed.

Can I get a refund? AI usage is not refunded, including usage that was included or bought and never used. It pays for computing time at the moment the work runs, so it cannot be returned once it is included or used. Cancelling stops your next charge, and your plan and AI usage stay available until the end of the period you already paid for.
