Make (formerly Integromat) is a visual automation platform where you build scenarios that connect Exayard to other apps. You drag and drop modules onto a canvas to move data between tools without writing code.
Connecting your account
To connect, add an Exayard module to a scenario, then create a connection. Make asks only for an API key — paste it in and Make verifies it.
Generate the key at app.exayard.com/settings/developer and choose the scopes your scenario needs. Your organization is derived from the key automatically, so there's no organization ID to enter.
What you can do
Exayard modules come in two kinds. Action and read modules run a step inside a scenario: Create Project, Run Takeoff Analysis, Propose Elements, Upload File, Generate Estimate, Generate Bid, Set Vendor Price, Request Quote, Record Quote Response, Update Quote Status, List Projects, List Pages, Get Latest Assessment, and Get Takeoff Summary.
Instant triggers are webhooks that start a scenario the moment something happens in Exayard. These cover project events (New Project, Project Updated, Project Archived), takeoff events (Takeoff Started, Assessment Completed, Takeoff Approved, Takeoff Cancelled, Takeoff Failed), output events (Estimate Generated, Bid Generated, File Processed), and the five quote events (Quote Requested, Quote Received, Quote Accepted, Quote Rejected, Quote Expired).
When a module needs a project or page, you pick it from a dropdown instead of typing an ID. Make loads your projects and pages from the connected account.
Example scenarios
When an estimate is generated, send it to a client via email. Or, when a quote is requested, create a task in your project manager so the right person follows up.
