Exa answers email. Reply to any email from Exa, such as invitations, mentions, or onboarding messages, and the AI assistant reads your message and responds in the same thread. You can also start a new conversation by writing to exa@mail.exayard.com directly.
Send from the email address on your Exayard account. That is how Exa knows who you are and can answer using your team's projects. Mail from an address Exayard doesn't recognize gets a general reply without any project access.

The exchange is also saved as a conversation in Exayard, so you can pick it up in the app's chat whenever you want to continue on a bigger screen.
