Payment methods in Exayard are managed through Stripe, the industry-standard payment processor. Your saved cards handle subscription charges, credit purchases, and automatic top-ups.
Accepted payment methods
Exayard accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Enterprise customers have access to additional options like ACH bank transfers, invoice billing with net terms, and wire transfers—contact sales@exayard.com to arrange these.
Accessing the billing portal
Click Manage Billing from the Current Plan card in Settings > Billing to open the Stripe customer portal in a new tab. From there you can add new payment methods, remove old ones, update billing information, and view past invoices.
Adding and managing cards
In the Stripe portal, navigate to Payment Methods and click Add payment method to enter new card details. To set a different default for recurring charges, find the card you want, click the menu icon, and select Set as default. Your default payment method handles subscription renewals, credit purchases, and auto top-up transactions.
When removing a card, note that you cannot delete your default method while on an active paid subscription. Set another card as default first, or cancel your subscription before removing your last payment method.
Updating billing information
Your billing information appears on invoices and may be required for tax purposes. In the Stripe portal, find Billing Information and update your company name, address, tax ID, or invoice email address as needed.
Security
Exayard never stores your full card number. Stripe processes all payments with PCI Level 1 certification, converting card details into secure tokens. Charges appear on statements as "EXAYARD" or "EXAYARD.COM" depending on your card issuer.
