File operations let you manage construction documents after upload. Access them by clicking the ... menu that appears on any file, page, or folder.
Renaming
Open the ... menu on an item and select Rename to change its name. Press Enter or click Save to confirm. For pages, you can also edit the sheet number (like A1.01). Page names and sheet numbers appear in your takeoff reports and exports, so keep them accurate.
Duplicating
Open the ... menu on a file or page and select Duplicate to create a copy. Duplicating a file duplicates all its pages; duplicating a single page creates a new page within the same file. Use this to keep the original intact while you work on a variation.
Favoriting
Open the ... menu on any item and select Favorite to flag it. Favorited items appear in the Favorites tab at the top of the file browser. Select Unfavorite from the same menu to remove the flag.
Moving
Open the ... menu on a file, folder, or document and select Move to... to relocate it. To move several items at once, use the selection bar described under bulk operations.
Downloading
Open the ... menu on a file or page and select Download to save it to your computer. For files that were converted during upload (HEIC or TIFF images), a submenu lets you choose between the original format or the converted JPEG.
Rotating pages
If a page is oriented incorrectly, open the ... menu and select Rotate, then choose Clockwise or Counterclockwise. To rotate multiple pages at once, select them and use the Rotate dropdown in the selection bar.
Viewing page info
Open the ... menu on a page and select Info to see metadata like image dimensions, location, timestamp, and device model. This is especially useful for geotagged photos and aerial captures.
Reprocessing pages
Open the ... menu on a page and select Reprocess to re-analyze it for sheet names, scale, and other metadata. Use this if auto-naming detected the wrong name or if scale detection failed. Processing typically takes a few seconds.
Bulk operations
Select multiple items using Shift+click for a range or Ctrl/Cmd+click for individual items. A floating selection bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing how many items are selected.
The selection bar provides bulk actions: Move to... relocates selected files and folders, Rotate turns selected pages, and Delete removes selected items. An overflow menu provides Clear auto-naming and Reprocess options for pages.
Deleting and recovering
Open the ... menu on an item and select Delete to remove it. Deleted items move to the Deleted tab where they can be recovered. To restore an item, go to the Deleted tab, open the ... menu, and select Recover.
